Game Easy Data Pack (課金易數據組合) - Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1. Game Easy Data Pack (“Pack”) is intended to provide you with a seamless all-in-one gaming experience. The Pack comprises three major features, namely:-

 (i) 500 MB local data entitlement (“Local Data Entitlement”)

 (ii) Game Easy Balance worth of HK$50 (“Game Easy Balance”)

 (iii) Limited Time Offer- Designated Virtual Items (“Virtual Items”) (Not available from 3rd Sep, 2020 until further notice).

 (iv) Hassle-free local data usage to play selected games (“Hassle-free Gaming Data”)

Local Data Entitlement

2. Local Data Entitlement is for use in Hong Kong only.
3. Local Data Entitlement is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any unused data entitlement will be forthwith forfeited upon expiry of the said validity period.
4. Upon purchase of a new Pack, all unexpired local data entitlement in your existing Packs will be extended for another 30 days.

Game Easy Balance

5. Game Easy Balance can only be used for the single purpose of settling payment in the following selected platforms (Collectively, “Designated Platform(s)”):-

 a.App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud (“Apple Platforms”)

2. Game Easy Balance is valid for 3 months from the date purchase. Any unused balance will be forfeited forthwith upon expiry of the said validity period. By way of example:

7. Upon purchase of a new Pack, all unexpired Game Easy Balance in your existing Packs will be extended for 3 months.
8. No refund, transfer or exchange will be accepted, whether in part or in full.
9. The maximum Game Easy Balance is HK$3000 for each customer at any time. You will not be able to purchase any additional Pack if your Game Easy Balance exceeds HK$2950.
10. Terms and Conditions of Designated Platforms apply.
11. All transactions in the Designated Platforms are made at your own risks.
12. You agree and acknowledge all purchases and transactions made at Designated Platforms are between you and the operators of the Designated Platforms. We accept no liabilities or responsibilities for said transactions and, and are not liable for any loss and damages in relation thereto.

Virtual Items

14. We reserve the right to change the selection of Virtual Items in the Pack from time to time without prior notice. Further terms and conditions of the Virtual Items apply. Please see Club Sim Website for details.
15. The Virtual Items and its value are all provided by third party suppliers, contents of which are subject to change without any prior notice. We are not the provider of the said game or the Virtual Items and we make no representation or guarantee as to the quality of such game or the Virtual Items. We accept no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to the game. Any dispute or complaint in connection with the game must be directed to the supplier.
16. You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by us or the third party service provider of the game under this Pack. We and/or such third party service provider may amend any provisions of these “Game Easy Data Pack - Virtual Items Terms and Conditions”, the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” and/or such additional terms and conditions promulgated the third party service provider at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club SIM’s or such third party service provider’s websites or mobile app. By continuing to use this Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated provisions, and be bound by them.

Hassle-free Gaming Data

17. Hassle-free Gaming Data Usage is for use in Hong Kong only. 
18. Hassle-free Gaming Data Usage is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. 
19. The selected game list will be updated from time to time without prior notice. Please see Club Sim Website for details.
20. When the total local data usage in any 30 days for this Pack plus all other service packs under your Club SIM Game Pack reaches 30GB, you can continue to use the mobile data service without speed throttling.  However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your service experiences may be affected.

Other Provisions

21. Club Sim General Terms & Conditions apply (full text is available at https://www.clubsim.com.hk/clsweb/terms-and-condition).
22. Club Sim reserves the right to vary, change or terminate the Pack or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and from time to time without notice to you. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
23. In case of any conflicts or inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall always prevail.

Game Easy Data Pack - “Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile” Virtual Items Terms and Conditions:

1. Any Club Sim customer ("Customer") (applicable only to prepaid plan customers) who makes a single purchase of this pack, totalling HK$100 or above, between 3 May 2024, and 31 May 2024 ("Promotion Period"), will receive an exclusive Hive Mind Bundle for “Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile”.
2. Regardless the purchase amount of Game Easy Data Pack made by each customer, each customer can redeem only one Gift Pack Code for each of his/her “Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile”game ID during the Promotion Period in each Spending Category.
3. CSL Mobile Limited is not the supplier of the related products and shall not be responsible for their quality or any other related matters.
4. The Gift Pack will be forfeited if a Customer’s Club Sim account is terminated for whatever reason, before the Customer receives the Gift Pack.
5. Club Sim reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice. In the event of dispute, Club Sim’s decisions shall be final and binding.
