2. This Offer is available from 17 April, 2023 to 30 June, 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. This Offer is applicable to Customers who subscribe to a designated travel daypass via Club Sim’s website or mobile app (the “Designated Day Pass”). You are required to register as Club Sim users and purchase a designated 5 Days travel daypass (i.e. Thailand, Malaysia) via Club Sim’s website or app.

<Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms and Conditions>

1. This Data Roaming Day Pass (“Day Pass”) is provided by us, CSL Mobile Limited, subject to the Club Sim General Terms and Conditions (please see: clubsim.com.hk).
2. The fee of this Day Pass is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
3. This Day Pass only supports data roaming service and does not support other mobile services, including but not limited to international SMS or roaming voice services.
4. Your Day Pass will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” means 24 hours from activation of your Day Pass. If you visit 2 applicable destinations within 24 hours, 2 days of charges will be deducted accordingly.
5. If customer with other 24-hour Data Pass entitlement, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.
6. This Day Pass is valid from now on to 31 May, 2023. If you do not activate your Day Pass within that validity period, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited and you will not be compensated in any way.
7. When your data roaming usage reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 256kbps for that day. The actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks.
8. This Day Pass does not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream).
9. We may amend any provisions of this Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club Sim websites or mobile app. By continuing to use Day Pass, you will be deemed to accept the updated Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.
