Live streaming in 4K quality applies only to selected Premier League matches during the 2023/24 season, while the degree of live coverage in 4K is subject to decisions made by the official organizations concerned.

In order to use The Pass with Now E, please download the Club Sim and Now E mobile application (the “Application”) to your mobile phone or tablet; or visit the Now E website at www.nowe.com (the “Website”) to register for a Now E account, bind it with your Club Sim number, then enter your promotion code. You must be at least 18 years old to register for a Now E account and must have read and accepted the Now E Terms and Conditions (https://www.nowe.com/tnc/service ). Supported devices include smart phones and tablets (iOS version 13 or above, Android version 8 or above and support of Google Mobile Services (GMS) or Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) (applicable to designated devices)), personal computers (recommended web browser: Chrome, Safari and Edge in Chromium version), designated smart TV or Android TV box with Android TV operating system installed (Android version 8.0 or above) and Now E Android TV Box.    Designated mobile handset model with a 4K video playback capability (4K video streaming varies significantly between handset models), or
   Using AirPlay to stream live coverage to Apple TV 4K from Apple devices (actual video quality also depends on bandwidth of Internet connection and device compatibility. Please click here for more details from Apple’s website).
   User must use a TV set or computer monitor with 4K display resolution, and a mobile data network or LAN/Wi-Fi network that satisfies the minimum bandwidth requirements (25Mbps) to deliver an optimal viewing experience.
   Stability and quality of video streaming depends on your ability to use all the app’s features. Service and content are affected by condition of device used, as well as Internet bandwidth and connection, Internet connection speed, technical feasibility, availability of content source, compatibility of device and other factors. Please refer to www.nowe.com for requirements of compatible devices. Each registered account can accommodate simultaneous streaming on two devices. Now E will broadcast all Premier League matches for the seasons of 2023/2024. In respect of the 2023/2024-2025/2026 seasons of the LALIGA EA SPORTS, all matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information. Please note that PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW Media”) cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programs and services on the Now E service for the entire duration of your Now E subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming. The channel line-up and programming on the Now E; and hours of broadcast of any program or channel are subject to change from time to time.
4. You must redeem the promotion code on or before June 29, 2024, failing which it will expire. The Pass will terminate automatically at 23:59:59 on June 30, 2024. After activating the promotion code, you can watch live coverage with selected matches of the Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 2023/24 within 24 hours from date of activation of promotion code or until 23:59:59 on 30 June 2024 (whichever is earlier).
5. Each promotion code can be redeemed one time only. Watching content via use of The Pass will waive a local data, starting from your purchase of The Pass. When the total local data usage in any one month for this Pack, plus all other service packs under your Entertainment Pack, reaches 100GB, you can continue to use mobile data service without speed limitations. However, you will be allocated less network resource, subject to prevailing network conditions, which means your service experience may be affected.
6. Once any match of “Now E Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Service” is suspended or suspended midway, there will be no live streaming of the relevant event and no compensation will be made by Club Sim. Please refer to the final announcement.

For actual dates and time of “Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 2023/24 Season” matches may subject to different factors including but not limited to COVID-19, for which to be changed, cancelled or unable to perform as schedule, Club Sim do not need to make any prior notice. 5. Each promotion code can be redeemed one time only. Watching content via use of The Pass will waive a local data, starting from your purchase of The Pass. When the total local data usage in any one month for this Pack, plus all other service packs under your Entertainment Pack, reaches 100GB, you can continue to use mobile data service without speed limitations. However, you will be allocated less network resource, subject to prevailing network conditions, which means your service experience may be affected.
6. Once any match of “Now E Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Service” is suspended or suspended midway, there will be no live streaming of the relevant event and no compensation will be made by Club Sim. Please refer to the final announcement.
7. For actual dates and time of “Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 2023/24 Season” matches may subject to different factors including but not limited to COVID-19, for which to be changed, cancelled or unable to perform as schedule, Club Sim do not need to make any prior notice. The arrangement of Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 2023/24 Season matches dates and time should refer to the official final announcements. csl and PCCW reserve the right of final determination.
8. Now E, the Application and the Website are provided by PCCW, while the content on Now E is provided by PCCW and its licensors. Use of Now E, the Application and Website is subject to the Terms and Conditions as dictated by Now E (available at https://nowe.com/tnc/service ).
9. The Pack and Service can be used only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Content is for your private use and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
10. Service quality depends on the quality of the signal received, internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. We are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content of the Service in any way.
11. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify or exploit the Pack or the Service, or any content thereunder by any means, no reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
12. You shall be bound by such additional Terms and Conditions promulgated by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) or PCCW Media Limited. We and PCCW Media Limited may amend any provisions which are applicable to the Pack at any time by publishing an updated version of the relevant provisions on any Club Sim or Now E website and/or Now E mobile app. By continuing to use the Pack, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated provisions, and agreed be bound by them. 13. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version, which is provided for information purposes only.
14. Now E Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Service” service plan or charges are subject to amendment without notice. In the event of disputes, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL). and PCCW Media Limited shall be final and binding.
