《PetBiz NB-IoT Dog Tracker Pack Terms and Conditions》

1. Monthly Top-Up For Petbiz NB-Iot Dog Tracker (“this Pack”) is one of the service packs available on Club Sim, a service provided by us, CSL Mobile Limited.  The application under this Pack is all provided by third party service provider, namely Shenzhen YF Pet Tech Co., Ltd.

By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing this Pack, you agree to be bound by these “PetBiz NB-IoT Dog Tracker Pack Terms and Conditions”, the “Club Sim General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk ) and other relevant terms and conditions provided by us or any third party and suppliers.

2. In order to qualify for this offer, you must make a one-off prepayment of HK$199. The prepayment covers a PetBiz dog tracker device and the first 6 months ‘fees for this Pack. Prepayment is non-refundable. When the commitment period expires, the local mobile data service plan will be charged at the full prevailing monthly fee.

3. The validity period of this Pack is one month from the date of your initial or subsequent subscription (as the case may be).

4. If the auto-renewal function under this Pack on your device is activated, this Pack will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis until you terminate such auto-renewal function.

5. You can terminate the Club Sim mobile service by giving CSL Mobile Limited at least 30 days‘ notice.

6. This service is applicable only within Hong Kong’s boundaries and normal mobile network coverage. Satellite and base station signals are affected by different factors including weather, location and environment. Location data provided by the system is for reference ONLY. Using the content or service is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSL Mobile Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, nor for any claim, loss or injury. Pet Tracker and the app are provided by the supplier. CSL Mobile Limited makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the above-mentioned product you receive from the supplier. Any complaint in connection with the above-mentioned product provided by the supplier must be directed to the supplier. Terms and conditions apply as dictated by the supplier.
