Microsoft 365 Pack Terms & Conditions

1. Microsoft 365 Pack is one of the service packs available from Club Sim, a service provided by CSL Mobile This Microsoft 365 Pack’s service and content are provided by a third-party service provider. By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Microsoft 365 Pack, you agree to be bound by Club Sim’s General Terms & Conditions (www.clubsim.com.hk) and Terms & Conditions as dictated by any third party and supplier, as well as the Microsoft 365 Terms of Use (http://www.microsoft.com).
2. Before using the Microsoft 365 Pack, you must download Club Sim and Microsoft 365 applications to your mobile phone or tablet. These apps may only be used on certain mobile phone and tablet models. You can visit Microsoft’s website at www.microsoft.com (the “Website”) to register for a Microsoft account, then enter your promotion code. Before using this Microsoft 365 Pack, please check to ensure the device you are connecting to this Microsoft 365 Pack is compatible.
3. After your subscription of the Pack, a product key for the Service will appear in your account on the Club Sim application for one month.
4. This Microsoft 365 Pack remains valid for one year from the date of initial activation, or subsequent subscription, as the case may be.
5. The Microsoft 365 Pack can be used only in Hong Kong.
6. The Local data is valid for 3 months.
7. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify nor exploit the Pack or the Service, nor any content thereunder by any means, nor reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
8. We may amend any provision contained by the Microsoft 365 Pack’s Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club Sim website or mobile app. By continuing to use the Microsoft 365 Pack, you will be deemed to have accepted any updated Microsoft 365 Pack Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

9. CSL Mobile Limited is not the supplier of Microsoft 365 and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content of the product and/or services, and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the products and/or services. The Supplier is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to its provision of products and/or services.

10. In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) and Microsoft Corporation shall be final.
11. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.
