Now E - HBO GO Pack Terms and Conditions

1. Now E - HBO GO Pack (“Pack”) is one of the service packs under the Entertainment Pack available on Club Sim is provided by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL). The service / application (collectively, “Service”) and its content under the Pack are provided by other service provider(s). By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Pack and the Service (through the relevant application and website), you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions applicable to the Pack and the Service, including these “Now E - HBO GO Pack Terms and Conditions”, the “Club Sim General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk ) and other relevant terms and conditions of the Service, the relevant application and website provided by PCCW Media Limited and/or its affiliates (collectively “PCCW Media Group”) .
2. To enjoy the Pack on Now E, please download the Club Sim and Now E mobile applications onto your mobile phone or tablet; or visit our Now E website at www.nowe.com to register for a Now E account and enter your promotion code. Such applications and website can only be used on smart phones (iOS version 11 or above, Android version 8 or above), tablets (iOS version 11 or above, Android version 8 or above), or personal computers (web browser: Chrome and Safari). Please refer to www.nowe.com for the latest requirements for supported devices.
3. After your subscription of the Pack, a promotion code for the Service (“Promotional Code”) will appear in your account on the Club Sim application for one month.
4. Starting from your purchase the Pack, your local data usage on the HBO GO through Now E application will be waived for that one month.
5. The Pack and the Service can be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only and the content is for your private use and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
6. Service quality depends on the quality of the signal received, internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. We are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content of the Service in anyway.
7. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify nor exploit the Pack or the Service, nor any content thereunder by any means, nor reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
8. You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) or PCCW Media Group. We and PCCW Media Group may amend any provisions which are applicable to the Pack at any time by publishing an updated version of the relevant provisions on any Club Sim’s and/or Now E website and/or Now E app. By continuing to use the Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated provisions, and be bound by them. 9. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.
10. In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) and PCCW Media Group shall be final.
