Now E Efinity Combo – Terms & Conditions

1. The “Now E Efinity Combo” (“The Combo”) is an Entertainment Pack service from Club Sim provided by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL). The service / application (“Service”) and its content are supplied by other service provider(s). By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Pack and the Service (through the relevant application and website), you agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pack and the Service, including these “Now E Entertainment Combo” Terms and Conditions, the “Club Sim General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk ) and other relevant Terms and Conditions governing the service, as well as the relevant application and the website provided by PCCW Media Limited and/or its affiliates (collectively “PCCW Media Group”) .
2. In order to use The Combo with Now E, please download the Club Sim and Now E mobile application (the “Application”) to your mobile phone or tablet; or visit the Now E website at www.nowe.com (the “Website”) to register for a Now E account, then enter your promotion code. You must be at least 18 years old to register for a Now E account and must have read and accepted the Now E Terms and Conditions (https://www.nowe.com/tnc/service). The Application and Website can only be used on smart phones (iOS version 11 or newer, Android version 8 or newer), tablets (iOS version 11 or newer, Android version 8 or newer), or personal computers (web browser: Chrome and Safari). Please refer to www.nowe.com for the latest requirements for supported devices.
3. After your subscription of the Pack, a promotion code for the Service (“Promotional Code”) will appear in your account on the Club Sim application. The Promotional Code” must be redeemed on or before December 31, 2023.
4. Starting from your purchase the Pack, your local data usage on the HBO GO, MOViE MOViE PLAY, Now Baogu, Viu TV, and Viu Premium, through Now E application will be waived for 30 days.
5. When the total local data usage in any 30 days for this Pack plus all other service packs under your Entertainment Pack reaches 100GB, you can continue to use the mobile data service without speed throttling. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your service experiences may be affected.
6. The Pack and the Service can be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only and the content is for your private use and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
7. Service quality depends on the quality of the signal received, internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. We are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content of the Service in anyway.
8. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify nor exploit the Pack or the Service, nor any content thereunder by any means, nor reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
9. You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) or PCCW Media Group. We and PCCW Media Group may amend any provisions which are applicable to the Pack at any time by publishing an updated version of the relevant provisions on any Club Sim’s and/or Now E website and/or Now E app. By continuing to use the Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated provisions, and be bound by them. 10. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.
11. In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) and PCCW Media Group shall be final.
