<Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package’s Terms & Conditions>

1. This Data Roaming Package (“Package”) is provided by us, CSL Mobile Limited（「CSL」）, subject to the Club Sim General Terms and Conditions (please see: https://www.clubsim.com.hk/en/tnc ).
2. The fee of this “Package” is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
3. This “Package” included usage applies to use in Mainland China & Macau only. It only supports data roaming service and does not support other mobile services, including but not limited to international SMS or roaming voice services.
4. Your “Package” will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 90 days after activation. If you do not activate your Roaming Pass within that 90-day validity period, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited and you will not be compensated in any way.
5. This “Package” included usage will take priority in deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China or in Macau. Customer may choose use other Roaming Package (if any) or Data Roaming Pass for continued use of data roaming service (roaming charges apply).
6. When the Customer’s accumulated data usage exceeds “Package” allowance and top-up of Data Roaming Pass’ data purchased (if applicable), the roaming data usage will be suspended automatically.
7. This Roaming Pass does not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream).
8. We may amend any provisions of this Travel Pack – Data Roaming Pass Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club Sim websites or mobile app. By continuing to use Roaming Pass, you will be deemed to accept the updated Travel Pack – Data Roaming Pass Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.
