All active Club Sim mobile number which completed Real-name Registration for SIM Cards on or before 6 August 2024 can enjoy the Offer. You can enjoy a 1GB of free 4G local mobile data via redeem the Offer on Club Sim’s mobile app from 7 August 2024 to 31 August 2024. Terms and Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer is valid from 7 August 2024 to 31 August 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).  The Offer shall be invalid after the Promotion Period and you will not be compensated in any way.
2. Within the Promotion Period each Club Sim mobile number can enjoy this Offer one time only.
3. To enjoy the Offer, the Club Sim mobile number must be activated and completed Real-name Registration for SIM Cards on or before 6 August 2024 via Club Sim’s mobile app.
4. A redemption SMS with the Offer will be sent via SMS to qualified Club Sim mobile number on 7 August 2024. Customer can redeem the Offer on Club Sim app and get 1GB of free 4G local mobile data during the Promotion Period. The Offer shall be invalid after the Promotion Period and you will not be compensated in any way.
5. This Offer is for use in Hong Kong only.  When the customer has used up the 1GB of free 4G local mobile data entitlement in the Offer, you will not be able to access any services with the local mobile data service if you are not subscribing to other local mobile data service. You have to subscribe to another local mobile data service to resume.
6. After redemption, the 1GB of free 4G local mobile data is valid for 30 days from the day of activation of the redemption code at Club Sim app. When the 30-day validity period expires, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited and customer will not be compensated in any way. You can check the validity via Club Sim App: “Personal profile” > “My Service Pack”> “Local Data Service”.
7. If the Club Sim mobile number is subscribing to a local mobile data service and redeemed the Offer, the 1GB of free 4G local mobile data redeemed by the Offer will start to be consumed first.
8. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

13. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL will be final and binding.
