<Terms & Conditions governing the Go Travel SIM 7-day Happy Travels APAC Package – Data Roaming Day Pass>

1. The Go Travel SIM 7-day Happy Travels APAC Package – Data Roaming Day Pass (“this Promotion”) is available to Go Travel SIM customer.
2. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. The Data Roaming Day Pass as part of this promotion is applicable to designated destinations (Zones A & B) including Mainland China, Macau, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan and Thailand.
4. The Data Roaming Day Pass as part of this promotion is valid for 365 days from the day of activation. When the 365-day validity period expires, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited and you will not be compensated in any way.
5. When your data roaming usage reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps for that day. The actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks.
6. Your Travel Pass will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” in this context means 24 hours from activation of your 24-hour Pass. If you visit 2 applicable destinations within 24 hours, 2 days of charges will be deducted accordingly.
7. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or items. Neither can it be transferred to other people.

9. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to vary or cancel this promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without giving notice.
10. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited shall be final, binding and conclusive.

<Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms and Conditions>

1. This Data Roaming Day Pass (“Day Pass”) is provided by us, CSL Mobile Limited, subject to the Club Sim General Terms and Conditions (please see: clubsim.com.hk).
2. The fee of this Day Pass is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
3. This Day Pass only supports data roaming service and does not support other mobile services, including but not limited to international SMS or roaming voice services.
4. The applicable roaming destinations of this Day Pass are divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D respectively. Subscribed Day Pass of one zone will be applicable to all destinations within the respective zone. Applicable roaming destinations will be updated from time to time without prior notice. 5. Your Day Pass will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. 6. If customer with other 24-hour Data Pass entitlement, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.
7. This Day Pass is valid for 365 days from the day of activation. If you do not activate your Day Pass within that 365-day validity period, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited and you will not be compensated in any way.
8. When your data roaming usage reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps for that day. The actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks.
9. This Day Pass does not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream).
10. We may amend any provisions of this Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club Sim websites or mobile app. By continuing to use Day Pass, you will be deemed to accept the updated Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.
